This magnetic strip production line realizes the automatic magnetic strip injecting. The electrical control system is controlled by OMRON PLC and touch panel. Equipped with intelligent algorithm, it sets the parameter through touch panel. Upon simple operation, it could sets freely the cutting length and transmission speed according to specified requirement, and the shift capacity could reach 9000 ones; meanwhile, the coil spreading and 45° corner cutting could be implemented while producing to ensure precise size and high yield production.

Technical process

Putting magnetic strip on coil spreading machine manually → injecting the strip end into inputting port → setting length → aligning door seal with magnetic strip → automatic cutting → injecting magnetic strip into door seal automatically.
